Product description Steenbergs Organic Bizar A'shuwa is a spice blend that's really popular in Oman and is often used as a marinade for lamb dishes at Eid. Steenbergs Organic Bizar A'shuwa is a blend of organic cumin , organic coriander , organic turmeric , organic chilli and organic cardamom. Add a little oil to a tablespoon of Steenbergs Organic Bizar A'shuwa, blending to a smooth paste; rub this paste over lamb and leave to marinade for at least 30 minutes. Place the marinaded lamb on a metal baking tray, cover in aluminium foil and cook slowly in a medium oven (160oC) until cooked through, which should take about 3 hours.
