It’s a no for me on the shake recipes
Tried some of the shake recipes for the liquid diet stage, none of which were palatable for me. I will try more recipes when I advance to regular food stage.

Super helpful! This book has a bunch of recipes that call for the same ingredients. So you can always mix and match. Plus it makes grocery trips really simple. 1 year post op and I still use recipes from this book.
