This adapter has been working great for me. I mainly use it on my PC to connect my mouse and keyboard, and the functionality is smooth with no interruptions. Compatibility has been excellent, and while setup was quick and simple, honestly it feels like no setup is needed as you just plug it in, use it, and forget about it. The sound range and connection range are solid, never been an issue in daily use. The product quality feels sturdy and reliable, which gives me confidence it will last. It’s one of those small devices that simply eases your life without you even thinking about it. Overall, a great little adapter that makes connecting devices completely hassle-free.

This item arrived in a zip-lock bag within a standard Amazon bubble-wrap envelope and was not damaged. The bluetooth USB transceiver plugged in and I tested it satisfactorily after disabling the native V.5.0 transceiver in my PC. This is billed as needing no driver download and that proved to be true. I could discern no particular difference between my native V.5.0 transceiver and this V.5.3 transceiver, though, so I removed this one to free up a USB type B slot and filed it away as a spare for future use. So it works well. It also had a very complete set of instructions in various languages, well written, an "IC Statement" in many languages, and a "Quick Start Guide" only in English. I'll just put up a warning here: REMEMBER TO DISABLE YOUR EXISTING BLUETOOTH TRANSCEIVER BEFORE INSERTING THIS ONE INTO THE USB PORT.I'm pleased at how easily this one installed and worked. The best USB Bluetooth Adapter I've had yet. It works pretty well no matter what angle I am from the receiver with my DualSense Bluetooth controller. Sometimes it loses it's connection momentarily if you are at too wide of an angle from the adapter, but this is the same with all of them. This one has a far better and faster connection still than any other USB Bluetooth adapters out there that I've tried.Only thing really is it only shows up in the Windows driver manager as a generic Bluetooth adapter driver, probably lessening its strength of its connectivity.I haven't connect any audio devices to it so I can't tell you about the audio quality or connectivity. It's small and unobtrusive to the eyes.I haven't gone a great distance from it to know if it holds the connection, so I can't arrest to that.For me this is a definite 5 stars.

I bought an inexpensive wireless speaker from the Dollar Store, but my laptop did not support Bluetooth. Once I plugged this in and paired it, the speaker connected immediately. Every time I turn on the speaker, it pairs right away, no hassles. Very satisfied.

The item works fine, but the range is not great. When connected to my laptop's bluetooth I can walk around the house with headphones and maintain a decent connection. With this item connected to my PC I lose connection when I leave the room the PC is in.

This was my 2nd time buying this. It does stick out a bit (see the size info), but it works great! I have an old desktop that didn't have bluetooth, and just plugging this, it just worked. I didn't have to do anything. Now I can add Bluetooth devices easily.I had s laptop which had bluetooth, but somehow it would not pair. I plugged this in and immediately, it sees my bluetooth device and I was able to pair very easily.UGreen makes some great products and this is one of them!

The UGREEN USB Bluetooth adapter was extremely intuitive to use, just like most of UGREEN’s products. For me, it has worked flawlessly and provides a good range. The packaging is also quite decent, similar to how the brand usually presents their cables. Overall, it’s a solid product that I would definitely recommend.

I had been dealing with the annoying problem of my computer not having Bluetooth for about two years after re-installing Windows from scratch (my PC used to have Bluetooth but it's ability to do it mysteriously disapeared). I am very tech savy, but even though I tried downloading COUNTLESS device drivers for my computer and for Windows in general to attempt to fix it, nothing worked. Eventually, I decided to see if there was a better solution and came across this dongle for a great price. I figured it was worth a shot, but didn't have high hopes. I plugged it in, and just like that, it worked right away!!! No hassle, no extra steps—Bluetooth was back on my computer. My phone connected within seconds! It it small and compact, and no drivers were needed. Havent tested range yet as I only need this when I'm at my computer, but seems to function well. Was compatible with Windows 10 and my Samsung Galaxy for sending photos and videos between each other. I’m honestly kicking myself for not trying this sooner.... If you’re dealing with a similar issue, save yourself the headache and just get this adapter. It works!
