I'm not a seasoned cyclist. I needed something to encourage me to cycle further. And help me to get back home if I needed it.Some great video reviews of this, so I took a leap of faith. I have found it easy to ride and only needed to motor just for curiosity so far. Everything about it is impressive. From the basic assembly, to the build quality and even the spec such as the disc brakes.Very good value in my opinion. I have a Giant stockist near me and I can't see what justifies the price hike. Perhaps if I was using a bike for a long commute, but I'm using it for leisure.

Delighted with the bike, exceeded expectations. Great value as comes with stand and lights. Front light works off the bike battery, back one works by a battery. Easy to build. Very quick delivery, very well packaged, the only negative was lack of tracing information. As I didn't receive tracking information apart from telling me the bike had been sent and was in transit, it was just luck that I was at home when the bike was delivered. Would recommend this bike.

The bike arrived within a few days with excellent tracking. Upon opening the bike was extremely well packaged and it was supplied with everything you needed to assemble it (including tools). The bike was very easy to assemble and it came with a comprehensive instruction manual (there is also a youtube video that has all the instructions). I bought this bike for my daughter and she absolutely loves it. Its very easy to ride and feels really good quality considering the price. Im very happy with it and wouldn't hesitate in recommending it.

Ordered 2 bikes for me and my husband. They arrived earlier than estimated delivery date. Well packed and easy enough from the YouTube videos to install. Battery management has been good. They are a bit heavy but you don’t notice this when riding. We have loved the rides to date and have been able to get up hills we used to have to walk up on manual bikes. Great VFM for the price…

This bike is fantastic for build quality, looks and riding. no more struggling up hills, with responsive motor.Putting it together was easy, handlebars, seat, front wheel, peddles and lights back and front( multi tool included ), this is classed as entry level, but you wouldn’t think it, so if you are wanting to buy an e-bike, and don’t know which to choose, buy this, you will not be disappointed.( I changed the seat and added rear mudguard) in picture, nothing wrong with original seat, just preferred my old one.

Brilliant bike, very well built, easy to put together, quality build & most important superb battery life. Great fun to ride & has that boost when you need it!Will be putting road tyres on as don't use it for off road. Looks great as well, the matt black finish is very classy!
