Great product at a cheap price, but double check your order.
Just be careful, not all of these rollers are 0.25mm needles and Amazon does not update when choosing the different sizes. I ordered the .5mm and luckily they sent me it, despite Amazon saying they were sending me the .25mm. The seller needs to change the title of their listings.

I got it cause of TikTok to see if I could get thicker facial hair so now I just gotta trust the process and see if it truly works but it is pretty cool. It’s like the pictures like that’s really about it. Nothing too exciting.

Best Derma Roller Yet!!
The CLETINA 540 Titanium Derma Roller works great! I originally bought it to use on my scalp, and my husband uses it on his beard. The needle depth is perfect—deep enough to actually do something without being too aggressive. I do get a little itchy afterward, but with a derma roller for the scalp, that usually just means the needles are doing their job. I’ve tried another derma roller before, and the needles were so shallow they didn’t make any difference at all. This one definitely does. Mine has started to squeak a little, probably from being washed and sanitized regularly, but it still works perfectly, and the noise is tolerable. Overall, 5 stars—highly recommend!

These rollers do the job. But the wheel eventually breaks with regular use.

Great derma roller, seeing promising results after once a week use for 5 months on my mature facial skin, a little bit squeaky but doesn't affect outcome.
