Now I widh I had take before pics. Using this and hair serum I have lots of new baby hairs. Listen when you start you lose hair im not sure why, but I've only used these for a little over a month and Im very pleased

Works great and the storage container is sturdy, however, the derma roller squeaks even when fresh out the box.

I heard from a dermatologist that I should use a Derma Roller, micro needle to help with hair growth. I found this on Amazon and after soaking it in alcohol before using, it made my scalp pink and tingling (which is what you want). No bleeding, didn’t hurt, washed it and resoaked it in alcohol before storing it back in the holder. It’s supposed to help with the Minoxidil effect, so hopefully it will work out!!

The CLETINA 540 Titanium Derma Roller works great! I originally bought it to use on my scalp, and my husband uses it on his beard. The needle depth is perfect—deep enough to actually do something without being too aggressive. I do get a little itchy afterward, but with a derma roller for the scalp, that usually just means the needles are doing their job. I’ve tried another derma roller before, and the needles were so shallow they didn’t make any difference at all. This one definitely does. Mine has started to squeak a little, probably from being washed and sanitized regularly, but it still works perfectly, and the noise is tolerable. Overall, 5 stars—highly recommend!

Excellent product, as an Amazon employee I can say that of all the rollers I pack daily this is the one I like the most for price and quality.

It does the job it promises. It's easy to use and feels sturdy enough, so the quality seems good. I've used it for a little while now, and while I haven't seen any groundbreaking results (yet!), my skin does feel a bit smoother and my serums seem to absorb better.

Great derma roller, seeing promising results after once a week use for 5 months on my mature facial skin, a little bit squeaky but doesn't affect outcome.
