I was a bit reluctant to buy this product because I have never heard of the brand name but since using the machine I am impressed with the performance. What I like about it is nice big program dial and large buttons to start also the window as nice bright numbers for spin speed . Above all it a very quiet machine. Happy customer.

Very easy to use, doesn't spin quite as fast as old one but that makes ironing a little easier as less creasing. Economical being one of smaller machines. Ideal for just two of us. Very pleased with it. Having old machine taken away and new fitted was excellent. A brilliant service.

It's ok but not great uses alot of water and doesn't go up to 90 degrees so if you're like me and likes to properly wash your bedding you can't and the wash cycle is three hours 40 or 1.30 on 60 degrees or 45 mins on twenty degrees so yeah think I'll be getting a new washer soon

I paid for installation. The company turned up with no slide to protect the floor and I was very concerned about damage. In fact I could see some damage to my floor after they left but it was minimal and I put up with it. I found this machine loud and clunky but as it wasn’t very expensive I didn’t expect too much. On the second wash the clothes came out very wet. On the third wash the machine would not drain any water. I contacted comfee who told me to manually drain it. I did and as suspected no blockages to the filter and left with a flooded kitchen. I was then told to return it. I contacted Amazon and was advised it was going to be a week before someone would come and collect it. My experience was that there was no feal aftercare. No one sent out to assist me. I had to deal with water everywhere.I ordered another machine elsewhere and had to pay for another installation. This is where I discovered my floor under the machine was torn and water damaged.In fairness, Amazon have said they will reimburse for repairs. They will also give me vouchers (not money back) for installation of my new machine. But the time this has all taken, and the work it’s left me with, the damage and the lack of aftercare have left me wanting to not buy appliances from this company again. Buyer beware! Lesson learned to buy appliances from companies who provide good aftercare, and good delivery/ installation care.Today the machine was finally collected. The driver told me he didn’t want his other parcels to get wet from the machine and stripped all the packing (which I had to source as it had to be returned packed, even though the installers took all the packaging). Thankfully it was taken.

It's an interesting washing machine to use, the bleeps are like it's singing to me. Works well, the drum is a bit small, but that stops me overloading it
