Whole body stretching with minimal effort
This system is extremely effective at giving you a great stretch with minimal effort. There is a mechanical advantage pulley system that allows you to lift more while actually pulling less. Aside from increasing my general flexibility, the specific reason I bought this is because of the hamstring stretch. If you have never heard of "butt wink" while squatting, look it up on YouTube. The problem for some people is when you squat, the hamstring is not physically capable of lengthening past a certain point in order to keep the butt and back in perfect alignment. This poses a problem for me when I start to get higher and higher in weight. I have been able to get my wife to help me stretch my hamstring here and there, but in order to make this a habit every day and to truly see change in my hamstring, I need convenience and a way to get a great stretch. This system has both. In addition, I will obviously never reach the intensity and progression maximums for this system, because of the mechanical advantage. After stretching my hamstrings with this even just once, I felt a noticeable difference for two straight days! You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic device!! Two in one system!!
As a career firefighter and athlete this product is a must have. I do a significant amount of physical training leaving me stiff post workouts as well as when I wake in the morning. This device allowed me to target so many muscles that can be so difficult to access in traditional stretching ways. It is a fantastic tool for those deep controlled stretches. One additional thing I discovered about the system is that it can be used as a workout device with the resistance bands!!! The device can be used almost anywhere, is very portable, and doesn't take up any room in a pack, purse, beach bag, ect. The effectiveness and practicality of this device is amazing and I highly recommend it to all other athletes and active folks. I ordered two of these devices one for work and one for home!!

Best Stretch I've Had in Years
The bands and pulley system are a unique way of stretching that I wish my chiropractor could have suggested years ago. Leave it to an innovative product on Amazon to solve what years of routine stretches and therapy has failed at. Such a simple and inexpensive system that has literally wiped multiple therapy appointments off of my schedule every week. I love that this package comes with everything you need to get started, as well as bands of varying resistance.

Great stretching tool and versatile workout system
I originally bought one of these products to help me with stretching pre/post workouts. I quickly realized how much more this product offered. Not only have I started to implement the system into my daily workout regimes, but I then purchased another one for my mother who is currently rehabbing from a knee replacement. This allows her to preform a number of her rehab exercises with the assistance of the bands. Great product overall, would highly recommend.

More than a hamstring stretcher
One of the best products and better values that you can find on the market. I purchased this under the impression that it would only stretch my hamstrings, but it was able to target other areas. I am able to use it anywhere I go, and it is simple to use. I used to have my spouse help me hold my stretches, but no longer! Customer service was great in answering all of my questions. Definitely plan on recommending to Family and friends.

If you don’t have a PNF partner......
This product is very portable and can be used anywhere. If you are training by yourself, you can get that extra thorough stretch with the pulley design. Not an expensive investment at all for “next level” solo exercise, in whatever location you wish. I prefer tying it to a palm tree in the Caribbean!

Reduce going to physical therapy and increase my range of motion.
The stretching system has allowed me to reduce going to physical therapy to increase my range of motion. Im able to use it with little effort to push my hip/ankle/ knee to work on the range of motion. I use to need my physical therapist to accomplish the same results.

Range of motion stretching
I bought the product for both my shoulder and knee to work on increasing my range of motion. Works great! My physical therapist likes it as well. Usually i need a second person to perform the range of motion stretches. Good product
