The sugar content is good, it dissolves very fast and its hydrating. The important one is flavor, does it taste good? It's ok, not horrible but it'll make you feel good thats all that matters. It Electrolytes and it does it job. Price wasnt too bad but there are better priced out there. I do like the brand though, they have good quality products that makes me wanna everything they offer. I wish it wasnt a spoon to measure, i wish it was a bendable spoon or something.

I love the sodium, potassium and magnesium ratio. It's perfect for someone on the keto diet like me. I can easily get enough sodium from the food I eat and the seasoning I use. I've always found it more difficult to consume large amounts of potassium from food. The magnesium content is just right. I love the grape flavour; it's not as sweet as Ultima's, which also tastes good, but I prefer this one as it doesn't taste like artificial sweeteners. The cost is good value for money — I'm spending half the amount I would on Ultima and it's definitely cheaper than LMNT. I don't like that LMNT has 1000 mg of sodium. Keto Bodybuilder approved!

Ok, So I can't write a review for both the flavors separately, so I guess I'll have to throw it in here. I first bought the fruit punch. It's got a nice little tang to it. Very refreshing. Also, I have electrolyte issues, if I don't supplement electrolytes I start cramping in the weirdest of places and it's torture. This stuff works great after a couple days I can sleep and do activities without cramping in my legs, arms and abdominal areas. Fruit punch is my fav! I got Watermelon after. It is smooth like drinking candy. I do not like it very much. It's not gross, but its too sweet and it would be better with that tang like the fruit punch has. So as of right now, I love the fruit punch and I'm not a fan of the Watermelon but I'm stuck with it. I will be trying grape next. Hope its good!

I went with a different brand my first time. It was alright, but there was a weird sweetness to it that wasnt great. Nutricost hit the mark. If you love grape koolaid, you are going to love this. A nice, tart grape flavor. It has no weird fake sweetener tastes. Keeps my hydrated. Dissolves much better than the other brand(which was chalky at the end). No ill effects from it. Going to be a staple from now on

This is amazing stuff, and much cheaper than buying the single servings. Great taste, just one scoop of powder in your water, and you’re good. My sodium was low and I was having heart palpitations, electrolytes were recommended by my heart doctor and it really helps calm the heart palpitations down. Something to do with your hearts ability to conduct the electrical signals to fire correctly.

The taste is really great and it's easy to stir into your water. The ingredients are simple, making it a great compliment to existing stacks you may have without overloading them. Typically, a lot of electrolyte mixes have a chalky taste and bad after taste, but this doesn't have any of that. I'm glad I took a risk on Nutricost, since their other products haven't let me down so far.

I have watermelon, blue raspberry and orchard blast. Watermelon is sooooo good. It tastes like bubbilicious Gum. No salty taste at all!! I’ve tried a lot of electrolytes and this flavor is going to be a staple on rotation. Yum! Blue raspberry is also really good. Kinda like a sour candy. Orchard blast I like but I don’t think I will buy again. I like the other 2 flavors more. I love flavoring my water with electrolytes. I won’t drink plain water and with electrolytes I drink at least 140oz a day. All of them mix really easily. It’s a normal size container for electrolytes. No sugar, it has Stevia and I’m good with that and the beet root for color instead of red40 is always a plus. A++ a ll around.
