I have suffered with endless neck pain, due to osteoporosis. After ordering this wonderful pillow I can't believe the amount of hours I'm able to sleep and the pain relief is incredible for me. I'm a side sleeper and this has a nice middle pocket that just fits your head, plus an extended length for your neck. The added wings are wonderful to wrap your arms around. No more fluffing!!! I also love the snap in place pillowcase that comes with this pillow but I decided to try to put a king size pillow case on it which works perfectly and matches my bedset. Gives ample room to use the wings and saves the original pillowcase. One more important thing about this pillow for me, no more head sweating! As a woman in her 70s I have suffered. This pillow has taken that completely away and I am so grateful. A+ buy. Very comfy, inviting, soft but yet just enough firmness with the little extended neck length area that holds your neck in a nice straight line, no pain. I no longer toss and turn.
