This fan actually looks good no weird patterns or tacky colors, just clean lines amd and everything perfect . That 5-star BLDC motor? Yeah, it’s not just a sticker, your power bill might actually stop high ups.The remote’s got buttons , with six speeds, sleep mode, timer, and even a reverse spin for winter. Plus, a 4-year warranty so if it croaks early, you’re covered. All in all, it’s not cheap junk, and if you’re tired of sweating, it’s probably worth every money you spend over it.

I purchased 2 Polycab ceiling fans on 2nd May 2025 from Amazon, expecting decent product quality and reliable after-sales support, but unfortunately, it has been a very frustrating experience.Within just one month, one of the fans stopped working. I initially raised a complaint via email, but received no response at all. I then called customer service and finally got a service engineer visit. He diagnosed it as a motor issue and assured us someone would come the next day to repair it.Shockingly, the same evening I received a message that the service request was closed, citing the product as 'out of warranty' – for a fan that was purchased just a month ago and clearly comes with a 3+1 year warranty. The issue was never resolved, and they closed the complaint without any follow-up.I raised another service request on 10th June 2025, and to date, no engineer has visited, nor have I received any update. Every time I call, I’m told the issue will be resolved within 48 hours, which is clearly not true.This has been a terrible customer service experience, and I’m extremely disappointed in both Polycab for their complete lack of support and Amazon for allowing such unreliable brands on their platform. Customers deserve better. I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing Polycab products, especially from sellers who can’t ensure basic post-sales service.

It offers 5 speeds, 1 boost mode, and a reserve mode for winter, which is super convenient. The remote control makes it easy to adjust settings from afar. Look wise good but speed is not as good as Atomberg fans. Also no light indicator available.Price is less but will give 5 out of 10.

DONOT BUY THIS FAN1. There is a design problem with this fan and it cannot be installed properly. There is also no return. Only replacement.2. The stand is small. There is a plastic rod which supprots the upper cover. However, the cover is placed in such a position that you cannot install the fan with the cover in palce.3. The blades are very very thin, so the air displacement is also very less. I am living with it because I am stuck with this fan.Dont buy it. This is a genuine review.
