Lotion Explosion
If zero stars were an option, this product would earn it. Upon arrival, the body butter had abandoned its jar entirely, opting instead to coat the inside of the shipping polymailer. A true lotion escape act! To add insult to injury, the ‘body butter’ was more of a body drizzle — far too runny for the name. A word of advice: figure out a better way to ship this before more jars meet their tragic, not so buttery end.
