An Essential Tool for Professional 3D Scanning
The media could not be loaded. The 3D Scanning Spray has become an indispensable part of my 3D scanning workflow, delivering exceptional results where other products have failed. As someone who regularly scans challenging surfaces like glass, polished metal, and textured materials, I've found this spray to be the perfect solution for achieving accurate scans every time. The high reflectivity coating effectively eliminates problematic reflections and transparency issues without compromising surface details. What truly impresses me about this product is its versatility. It works equally well on transparent acrylic surfaces as it does on reflective stainless steel, providing a consistent matte finish that scanners can easily capture. The spray applies evenly and dries quickly, creating an ideal temporary surface for scanning without leaving residue or affecting the actual object's properties. I've used it on everything from automotive parts to delicate artifacts with perfect results. The 500ml capacity offers excellent value, covering approximately 15 square feet per can. This large volume means I can complete multiple scanning projects without constantly worrying about running out. The spray nozzle delivers a fine, controllable mist that doesn't oversaturate surfaces, allowing for precise application exactly where needed.Safety was a major concern for me when choosing a scanning spray, and this product delivers on that front. The odorless, skin-friendly formula gives me peace of mind when working in enclosed spaces or with delicate materials. Unlike some competing products, it doesn't leave behind harmful residues or require special ventilation during use.Cleanup is remarkably easy – the spray wipes away cleanly with a dry or slightly damp cloth without staining or damaging surfaces. This is particularly important when working with valuable or sensitive items that can't withstand harsh chemicals. I've used it on antique finishes and delicate plastics without any adverse effects. The performance improvement in my scans has been dramatic. Previously problematic surfaces now scan perfectly on the first attempt, saving me hours of post-processing and rescanning. The temporary coating provides just enough texture for scanners to lock onto without obscuring fine details or dimensional accuracy.Customer support deserves special mention – when I had a question about optimal application techniques for a particularly challenging project, their team responded quickly with helpful, professional advice. It's clear they stand behind their product and understand the needs of 3D scanning professionals. For the price, this scanning spray offers unbeatable value. The quality of results rivals professional-grade products costing significantly more, while the large can size means it lasts through numerous projects. It's become such an essential part of my toolkit that I now keep multiple cans on hand. After extensive testing across various materials and scanner types, I can confidently say this is the best 3D scanning spray I've used. It has consistently improved my scan quality while being safe, easy to use, and cost-effective. Whether you're a professional 3D artist or a hobbyist working with difficult surfaces, this product will significantly improve your scanning results. Highly recommended for anyone serious about 3D scanning accuracy and efficiency.

Perfect for accurate scans on challenging surfaces!
This spray has completely elevated the quality of my scans, especially on reflective, transparent, or complex textured surfaces. The high reflectivity ensures I capture sharp, clean data without the scanner getting confused by glare or shine. The spray applies evenly and dries quickly, forming a fine, matte coating that doesn’t obscure fine details. Best of all, it’s super easy to clean off, no sticky residue, no weird smell, and it’s safe for use on a wide range of materials.

Does NOT clean off easily!
First most important fact to share about HXOGYUB 3D Scanning Spray is, NO, it does not clean off easily.Second important fact to share is, just add talcum powder to water and spray it from an old windex bottle. Works just as well, but cleans off so easily you will laugh out loud in joy. Makes perfect scans easily and for much less cost of both money and especially time.I actually I find HXOGYUB 3D Scanning Spray quite difficult to remove from plastic motorcycle parts, and also textured vinyl seat cover. I first tried soap and water, which made little impression. Then I scrubbed with a towel and soapy standard cleaners like Fantastik. Still can't get it all off. The nooks and crannies are very difficult to reach with a towel or brush. This stuff does not come off easy. The included pics are AFTER several scrubbing sessions. Next I will try my Honda gas powered power washer, which may sound ridiculous but this is what it has come to. Trust me, please, use Talcum Powder (or something similar, I couldn't find Talcum Powder at CVS so I bought the pictured foot powder, which is effectively the same thing - corn starch). Good luck

Works well, easy cleanup
The media could not be loaded. When 3d scanning, one ideally wants a matte, opaque surface because these reflect light evenly and allow the scanner to more accurately capture the object’s shape. This spray is meant for use on shiny, reflective and transparent surfaces, which light wants to scatter or refract from. Uncorrected, this can lead to inaccurate scan data. This spray applies smoothly and evenly, it is much like using a can of spray paint. The surface is coated with a white, powder finish that is ideal for scanning. The spray doesn’t damage the surface, it is in fact water soluble and washable. If you have a surface with lots of tiny cracks and crevices, do be prepared to scrub inside those if cleaning manually. A pressure washer or other similar approach works a treat for hard to access nooks. It worked well for me, corrected all the issues and failed scans I was having.
