pretty great...
really easy to assemble (the instructions on the amazon product page seem overly complex). i have 2 extra smaller screws; not sure what they're for. but the stand looks good, and supports my 61-key controller well. for me, much better than the x-stands that are too deep (& kinda ugly). this is a great purchase.

Stable and Light Weight
This is an excellent stand for holding my 61-note keyboard. All the pieces are steel so they are strong but light in weight. The top and center cross pieces are on perpendicular planes from each other and being so, their connection between the two side pieces makes the stand very stable. There was no wobble when I put it together. The height is easily adjustable. The width of the stand is fixed at 32 inches wide. Keyboards less than 32 inches wide would would not be held properly. The four corners of the top have rubber to protect the bottom of the keyboard. To maximize knee room, I oriented the stand so its feet ends extend toward the seated player, thus the center cross piece is slanting away from the player's legs. Some ad photos show the keyboard placed backwards on the stand. Assembly of the stand is with knob-screws.The only problem I found was that the holes that accept the screws were not tapped very well, so I used a M6-1.0 tap to clean the holes first and then it only took a few minutes to assemble. If a person is patient and careful in starting the screws through the holes, a tap would not be necessary.I am quite pleased with the price, design, and material quality of this stand and would buy another if I needed one.

Inexpensive, lightweight stand
A perfectly workable light keyboard stand. A few comments:- Easy assembly, although it took some effort to get a couple of the screws to thread properly.- This thing is VERY light: don't count on gigging with this, or repeatedly assembling / disassembling, or playing heavily on it. My controller weighs 13-14 pounds and I'm not sure I'd put a much bigger keyboard on this.- they really mean 54-61 keys. The way the top part is set up means is can't support smaller 49-key keyboards without some basic modding (which I easily did)- Once assembled it looks like it rests unevenly on the floor, but once the weight of the keyboard is on, it's stable.

Perfect for home use
Great value for the money. I cannot comment on how it would survive gigging, but for home use for a mid-size keyboard (I have a 61 key Yamaha MX 61) it seems to be a good compromise. Sturdy enough, but very lightweight and costs about half you would pay for a sturdier keyboard stand which is heavier.Very easy to assemble.

Great Keyboard stand
Love this keyboard stand. Easy to put together.. even though there were no instructions. I love the fact that it screws into the bottom of the keyboard to hold in place. More comfortable to sit at now too.

Good product but no instructions provided
The package came with no assembly instructions at all which is very frustrating. While I was able to figure what goes where by looking at the pictures on Amazon, I find it highly disappointing that one would sell items that require assembly and the totally miss including assembly instructions in the package. Otherwise the product is good, sturdy and lightweight. The height can also be adjusted which was very helpful for us.

Very sturdy stand with chair!!
Love this stand with seat, we purchased for our 6 year old and it's a perfect fit for her, also adjustable as she grows!!! Very light weight to move and with the keyboard attached to it. My daughter loved it!!!

Dented, No Hardware, No Instructions
The box looked like it fell out of a tree and hit every branch on the way down. Then someone found most of the piano stand and proceeded to stuff it back into the box and closed it with a little tape as humanly possible. When I opened it the keyboard stand was dented, the necessary hardware to assemble it was missing along with the instructions. The quality of the product is also questionable. I'm not sure how thin metal must be to be considered foil, but this thing was pretty close. I'd strongly recommend selecting something else like I'm about to do now.
