A worthwhile challenge
The media could not be loaded. When I say this was a "challenge", I do not mean that lightly! I have been getting into miniature building crafts like these, usually with posable figurines and T13 figures, but decided to try something a little more challenging. The kit comes well contained, thankfully, as it contains an impressive amount of bits and bobs to connect this together. If you're a fan of Legos or builds in general, this might interest you. I was drawn into the aspect that there are different options to choose from in the same kit, so if one or 2 don't interest you, there are still other options to keep you going. This is a functioning robot as well, powered by the solar panel included in the kit. Though limited in functions, it is still a neat little thing to put together and there is a great sense of accomplishment once it's done! Definitely best for kids at least 8+, but would be best with supervision for anyone under 11 or so as there are a LOT of teeny, tiny pieces and some technical know-how that would be much easier to approach with another set of eyes and hands helping out.

Bought one and then another one
This toy is versatile, allows for change, growth, and many, many hours of fun. I love STEM toys. I gifted both to boys, but I thinks girls can also benefit from the learning experience. The pieces are well-made. I saw one box taken apart. Also, the picture of many finished pieces seen on the back of the box makes it appealing to try making. Maybe I will buy a set for me.

TERRIBLE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
I bought these a while ago but only opened them recently. I purchased five sets because the robots looked very impressive in the pictures. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed—more so than with any other product I’ve ever purchased. The quality was shockingly poor.I am a teacher and had gathered a group of new students to try these kits for a STEAM robotics class. Sadly, the experience was frustrating for everyone. The pieces came in solid sheets that had to be separated before use, unlike LEGO pieces which are ready to build. This process took hours, and the rough edges hurt the children’s fingers so badly that some even cried. The problems didn’t stop there. Several pieces broke while being separated, making it impossible to complete certain robot models. Even when the pieces didn’t break, many of them didn’t fit together properly, so building was slow, difficult, and discouraging. The instructions were also unclear, and in some cases, even with four adults helping, certain robots simply could not be built as shown. In the end, the sets were unusable. After hours of frustration, disappointment, and wasted effort, I had to throw all of them away. This was by far the worst product I have ever purchased—a complete waste of money. On top of that, I was embarrassed in front of students and parents who had expected an exciting robotics class.

Grandmas gift
It looks like a lovely gift for grandma to give to her grandson for his birthday so he hasn’t gotten it yet, but it looks like a awesome toy

Missing instructions
Lots of tiny parts. Was difficult for my 8 year old to decipher how to put together. The instructions were not in the box. We got this for him for a science project. We tried to figure it out the best we could together. Still a fun STEAM experiment.
