The chair had a tiny scratch on the side of it when it came out of box. Honestly it wasn’t bad enough to send it back. I was a little disappointed at how much it laid back. I thought it would lay back more. But I loved the size it is perfect for my small space. And it is comfortable all in all I am pleased with it. And it arrived early I would definitely recommend it.

Had to return first one as it was torn, the second one is great, was looking for something for a small area , not the greatest chair, but serves the purpose.

This chair is on the smaller side, which is exactly what I needed for a small room. It was difficult getting the two pieces put together to complete the chair. I sent pictures to customer service after calling them, showing them how the chair would not fit together. They told me to send the pictures and gave me an email address. NO response after one week. Gratefully, a family member, who apparently has more strength than I did. Lifted the back of the chair and was able to line up and force the back down to meet the seat. As you can see in the pictures there was a large space and I could not get the two pieces to meet. Because of the poor customer service, I would say SKIP this chair. Another Customer had said it would’ve cost him $50 to return the chair and he decided to fix it himself. So keep that in mind. it’s a low-cost chair, but if anything goes wrong, good luck.
