Easy to use

The book states inside that a pump is included to inflate the birthing ball but it did not come with a pump so I now have to return it

The media could not be loaded. Awful. I barely got to use it before it started deflating and staying deflated I now have to buy a new birthing ball 35 weeks pregnant

The ball seemed nice. Took ages to blow it up, and it never reached its full capacity. Finally I figured out why: the foot pump has a hole in it. Sadly, will have to return.Update: after reaching out to customer service, they were able to quickly and effectively rectify the situation. We are now using the ball very happily and are very satisfied with the customer service. Thank you!

Excellent customer service. When the company heard about the missing pump they fully replaced the item within days. Excellent item, good quality and amazing customer serviceLooks good and the booklet is great but unfortunately it didn’t come with the pump and I’m unable to inflate it

Good quality but arrived wrong color

The order came with just the ball and the tape measure, it was missing the pump that it is described to come with. Therefore, as a pregnant woman, with very little lung capacity, it was impossible to blow up or use. Update: the customer service promptly reached out and sent a pump and were extremely helpful. It’s now a useful item to sit on and stretch to help with aches and pains.
