The mist is incredibly fine not wet but clean. there is no scent which I love and it seems to hold pretty well especially compared to some of the cheaper knock offs. It’s a good size for the price and elf always comes through with their products. It’s definitely not oily, and it’s a great price for what you get. I also love that it’s not sticky and it does keep your makeup in place although I have used alternatives that keep your make up in place for longerAlso love that there is no residue

This sets your makeup so well, it doesn’t come off. The fine mist allows it to get into areas that usually crease. I am not saying it is crease proof, but it hold my makeup much better and longer than expensive brands.
