Works as intended
I purchased this for my Breas Z2 Travel CPAP/APAP. Works as intended. It saves me from carrying one more power brick and this cable lets me run it off my multi-port USB power brick that I already carry for phone, watch, kindle, etc. Gotta love the more and more you can do using USB-C power.

外部機器を動作中のまま持ち運ぶために役立つ
DC12Vの外部機器はHDDやBD、DVDなどの記録装置が多く長期間動作し続けるのでその間ノートPCでもACアダプタのケーブルの範囲でしか動作できない。それをモバイルバッテリーで疑似的にPD給電式に変えることで動作しながら持ち運べるようになる。この際、ケーブルの電圧が定格で電流が定格以上に耐えられることを予め確認する必要がある。必ず動的に電圧を変化できるケーブルを使い、ＤＣコネクタ部にテスターをつないで電流を確認しておくこと。そうしないと故障する。 きちんと検査して性能に見合ったケーブルを選べば容易に持ち運べて作業の自由度が格段に向上するのでとても役に立っている。

Going to avoid all DSD Tech products
Been using for around a month, when today, smoke!Item has been connected to a mini-PC and has been working fine. Today the PC, fortunately, was disconnected from the USB-C port but the power port was still connected to a power source and had been connected for around 2 hrs, so zero power draw. Suddenly I heard a crispy crackling sound and turned to see smoke from the disconnect USB-C side. I cannot imagine what might have happened if this happened when I was not around.Extremely fortunate this was not actually connected to any device as I am sure this would have bricked it.
