The creamy American version of Kewpie mayonnaise is finally here! NOT KIDDING!
I am amazed! When I tasted this product, the first thought that came to mind was KEWPIE!!!! But there is a consistency difference. If you need a mayo that is to moisturize your cooking project, then Kewpie mayo is your go-to like when I make my own inside-out California roll using lump crabmeat. Crabmeat needs a LOT of moisture, and Kewpie just soaks into it and gives it the needed moisture to make a really good sushi roll. Now this new Heinz mayonnaise has the exact same flavor signature as the ultra-infamous Kewpie Japanese mayonnaise, but the texture is ultra-creamy yet won't get soaked into the bread like water into a sponge. Nope! But it will sit on the bread and make a plain ol' bologna sandwich taste so much better than with the usual mayo on the market that appears more curd-like. This condiment is extremely creamy and delectable. I just wished my local grocery store would carry it, and I live in SoCal!!So now I can have an über-creamy mayonnaise that tastes like Kewpie. Imagine that. I can't wait to try Heinz mayo on okonomiyaki (Japanese cabbage pizza-omelet). Yummy!!

Homerun!
Heinz hit it out of the ballpark with this one. Not sure about the metaphor, since the condiment most-associated with ballparks is mustard; incidentally, this ketchup king makes a great version that I can only find in packets at airports. But their new condo, a blend of sriracha and mayo, whips up the best and easiest deviled eggs (two ingredients, just garnish with 1-3 capers) and is fantastic on burgers. And I'm just getting started....

Bought by accident
Taste good on a sandwich and anything with fish. Was pleasantly surprised. I want to test it out with avocado.

Tastes good
Wish it had just a tiny bit more of a mayo taste to it, and a tiny bit more heat from the Sriracha. It's good, but I think it would have been best if I just bought mayo and sriracha separately and mixed them myself for the perfect combo of flavors and heat. Only reason this was bought was because of the Sriracha shortage, keeping me from being able to buy it anywhere when I was searching for some.

Delicious
It's incredible how it goes with everything you put it on. It brings the dish to life

great for potatoes, corn on the cob, on sandwiches
This is our go-to sauce for a variety of foods. Initially it replaced the sauce we make for potatas bravas that we first had in Spain, but we quickly began using it to make a version of Mexican street corn and as a spread on sandwiches.

Overpriced, vinegary, not as creamy/rich as others
Guess I'm more of a Hellmans fan. It was OK, just not worth more than the generic store-brand at one of my local grocery stores IMO.
