Disgusting, old chocolate RIP OFF
The media could not be loaded. I lived in Ghana for 2 years and Kingsbite is the best. THIS crap I got from this seller is HORRIBLE. It expired 7 YEARS AGO! Two bars of old gross chocolate cost me $30! I'm going to see if Amazon will refund me or at least stop this seller from selling absolute garbage.

Product was dried out completely and powdery.
Maybe I just got a "bad" one. Purchased this for a friend of mine from Tanzania that said they missed Ghana Coco, and that they ate Kingsbite all the time. As soon as we opened it, she said that's not right at all...

I simply can’t get past the price
The media could not be loaded. At $12.99 for a single 100 gram bar, this Golden Tree Kingsbite Chocolate Bar is more than just ‘really expensive’.Now having said that...it’s also just an ‘okay’ bar. From my tasting, there is nothing ‘wow’ about the bar, nothing ‘out of this world’ good about the bar, nothing that would seem to make up for the extra price associated with the chocolate bar.Granted, the chocolate bar arrived on a hot day and while the bar wasn’t melted at all, it did seem like the chocolate had ‘bloomed’ substantially and, perhaps, that may have affected the taste a bit. But still … the price. From a taste perspective, the taste of the chocolate bar was ‘okay’ for a 40% cocoa bar. A little sweet, but not too sweet. A decent, but not great, taste of cocoa but a little chalky from the bloom. Also, I was somewhat surprised at how hard the bar is when it’s not refrigerated (the bar was hard even when it first arrived). Now, I do think that is pretty normal for bars with a high percentage of cocoa but this bar is beyond what I expected; so hard that I had to use a knife to break it into pieces. And, again, there is the price. I did a quick look at similar bars in a local store and they were ¼ to ½ the price of the Kingsbite chocolate bar … so I really can’t recommend this bar as other options are available.

I will stick to my Hersheys!
I was excited to try the Generic Kingsbite Milk Chocolate Bar but unfortunately was not impressed. The chocolate bar itself didn't even look brown but more like a stale whitesh powdery bar (like old chocolate candy that has been sitting for a while). The bar was very crumbly and kinda just falls a part when you bite into it. The bar did have the taste of chocolate but not a bold chocolate flavor. I will stick to my Hersheys!
