Q: I would like to get it in blue ink

Look up standard refills that will fit these and buy a blue version. This way you still have a lot of black ink refills you can gift with the excess of pesn here or just keep as a back up if and when your blue ones run out. Just a thought here. Oh and yes you can buy them in bundles so say keep a dozen on hand etc. Or buy mulitple color ink refills and appoint each color of a pen to a different color. SAY blacks or silvers to black ink. Maybe WHITE to RED and all other colors to BLUE. Ok they make bundles in different colors so maybe that'll give you ideas along that route. Think outside the box and in this case the bundle of one color fits all. Doesn't have too.

Q: I cant figure out how to open pen to put ink cartridge in

1. Separate the silver finger grip from the plastic body of the pen (the part with the measures) by pulling straight up. 2. You'll find a black plastic section about 3/4" long. Unscrew this black cap and pull it out. The black cap is attached to the ink cartridge. Just pull them apart and replace the old cartridge with the new.

Q: Can you possibly engrave these pens?

The body of the "tool"s is strong enough for a vibrograver or a very shallow rotary bur engraver, but I saw no evidence of any engraving being offered with these. I suspect that you are thinking about using these as advertising give away items , and think that you might be better served by having a local printer make decals for the advertising art . This would take a little time to apply but be a lot cheaper to accomplish. Even transparent Ink Jet address labels could have art options that might work well. Someone with a laser engraver might also provide a service. Hope this helps.

I don't know about on line i have not inquired. But the local stationary store hav both black, blue and red at 2 for about $ 7.99 - 10.00
