Better than expected
I have very little expectations from boxed baked goods but I have to admit that it was really really good. It's easy to use, quick to make (compared to scratch) and tastes really good. No weird texture or anything like that. Worth the money. I'll definitely purchase again.

This stuff’s legit
Follow the directions and you really will have fresh focaccia in about 90 minutes. The mix is pricey for what it is, but my 11 yr old bakes it so the kit is most convenient for him.

Super easy, super fast, super good.
This is a great tasting bread mix. Easy to prepare and gets rave reviews. Serve it up with a good olive oil and vinegar and they won't want to eat anything else.

Arrived Crushed
I love King Arthur Baking Co products. Bought this focaccia mix in a store and really liked it. Decided to order it for a cheaper price from Amazon. The box of mix arrived in a paper mailer bag and was crushed. None of the mix was damaged, but the box looked like it had been run over by a car. Delicious focaccia bread, easy to follow instructions, worth the price!

This was by far the best focaccia bread I’ve ever had. It was also the easiest bread to make.

Just OK. As someone who bakes a lot, I am probably more picky. Probably won’t buy again. Easy to make but disappointed.
