How to I'm so confused on how to install this I did it wrong and it came right out, now I have 3 holes in my wall, it didn’t come with instructions

Yes, it comes with the hardware (one screw) and instructions. It’s really easy.

I need the projector against the wall will this work?

It should. It would depend on the projector size. I have a mini and I works fine.

Can this mount be attached to drywall?

I wouldn't waste my money for this mount. It's cheap and not sturdy.
