Arrived in flawless condition and works perfectly.
Super cute cuckoo clock.It came well packed and arrived in perfect condition. It was easy to put together but I was glad I had a second person to hold it upright while I hung the pendulum and pine cones. The buttons on the side adjusts the volume, or turns off the sound. The batteries fit in tightly so they were a bit of a struggle to get in place.In all ways, I love this little cuckoo clock.

Great clock for the money
Arrived well-packed. Everything works, simple to assemble. The cuckoo and music will sound on the correct hour once set (the button under the volume button). I suggest getting 3-ten year batteries.

Sounds and looks great!
Easy to set up. Love the cuckoo sound and the fact you can select no sound, just the cuckoo (only on the hour) and cuckoo with music (only on the hour). Case LOOKS authentic and is made of wood from what I can tell. I was tired of winding various clocks and have a real Black Forest mechanical cuckoo that I’ll still keep but it was a 1 day wind and that get REALLY old after awhile. It’s also nice to have a volume adjustment for the chime/cuckoo as this model does. Battery life is unknown as is reliability because I just got it so remains to be seen. So far so good, would recommend. Very well packed absolutely no damage….arrived in perfect condition

Very bad experience
This is a very bad experience. It is unlike the experience I a used to from Amazon purchases. It was extremely obvious that this product was returned before and re- packaged as is in a broken condition. The Christmas tree pulled away from the base. The fake chains were broken. I tried to fix items, but the final straw was that the pendulum connect was way to the left to where the pendulum could not be connected. The product is very poor quality and I will be seeking a refund.

Great cuckoo clock
The media could not be loaded. Great cuckoo clock at affordable price, I like the music feature. Very accurate with the time. Easy set up.

Works but expensive
This was really nice but a little expensive. Very easy to set up but it uses a lot of batteries! Good quality! Regular sized clock.
