I changed my review, I gave it one star after using it for a while. This product has a design flaw and the bottom gear never inserts perfectly. It doesn't work at all now.

I love this item, finally my shoes are organized (smile). I like the smooth finish, the fact that it rotates, and it was affordable. I struggled with the tight fit of the "pegs" when trying to hammer them into the connecting holes on the next piece. It was hard to get them started and I didn't want to continue to use my rubber hammer so vigorously that I risked cracking a piece, so a friend suggested this - use a metal file and GENTLY file off the sharp corners of each peg just a VERY SLIGHT BIT so when you use the rubber hammer to connect to the next piece, it's a better fit. This worked GREAT. If you use this tip, file in one direction, and do so gently - this reduces the risk of damaging the pegs. I figure it's better to file the edges down than hammer so hard you risk cracking a piece. Please note I in no way suggest this tip to take away from the quality or goodness of this product or the company. It just helped with my assembly, and I would rather find a way to make something better than have a negative experience. Thank you!

The media could not be loaded.  Pros -it will do the work aesthetically not too bad & will work out for what I need!- it is not very heavy/doable to carry.Cons -- It is super hard to put together!- It will crack, scratch & dent as you assemble it (I nearly thought that it was going to break at times).- flimsily made and overpriced!

Exactly what I was looking for. Can only out small items in the shelves though.

This is very expensive for the items and it’s defective and cheap quality!! Do not buy it even if it’s 20 dollars!!
