This lumbar support pillow has been a great addition to my office chair. The heat feature keeps me warm and really helps soothe my back pain during long workdays. I love the ergonomic fit because it stays in place and feels supportive without being bulky. The massage function is a nice bonus for relaxing tight muscles. Comfortable, effective, and well worth it.

My lower back stiffness has been a struggle because of long hours sitting at a desk and of course my age. I have a good chair, but I feel I need more lumbar support and thus I got this pillow. It's very affordable comparing to buying a new chair. I've been using it on my chair for a week now, and it has made a noticeable difference. The memory foam is firm yet not too hard. It fits my back and fills the gap between the chair. I feel my posture is improved with the support, which helps relieving the stress even without the massage and the heating. That said, I enjoy the massage and the heating after sitting long hours, it's soothing and helps loosen tight muscles. And it's convenient, no extra setup and I don't even need to leave my chair. I know long periods of sitting are inherently unhealthy, and I need more stretches and movement. This pillow is not a replacement for a good habit. But it is excellent for lumbar support while I'm sitting. While I always remind myself to stand up, walk and stretch every once a while, it is nice to have some aid from the pillow that can massage and heat to improve comfort. I may even bring it in the car for my next road trip, probably need some adapter for the massage/heat feature. My lower back suffered during the last road trip even with some stops and stretches, I think this pillow could be a game changer.

I love this Comfier back lumbar support pillow. It is light weight, portable, easy to use, and solidly built with a smooth ergonomic design. It provides good support and fits all my chairs, so I use it all over the house. The massage function is very effective. The rollers loosen my tight lower back muscles and relieve the pain. And, the heat is always a big plus. My mom also likes it because it helps her to maintain a better posture with comfort while sitting for a long time. This is a nice addition to my lumbar pillows. I highly recommend everyone to try it! You will be impressed too!

As a pianist, I'm constantly suffering lumbar pain from long periods of sitting. I use this after practice to relieve my tired back muscles and it definitely helps. The heat understandably takes some time to warm up but feels good once at strength. The shiatsu feature definitely relieves tension. The only negative is the "adjustable" back pillow. It's on an elastic band that is not really adjustable though you can place it where you want then lie back and press into place. Sure, that works but it is annoying to have to reposition it if you have to get up for any reason. It would be better if it were secured by an actual adjustable strap. All in all, I'm happy with the unit despite this small reservation.

You can use this little pillow or put it behind the cushion - it's your choice, really, personal preference. The gray cover unzips, so you can take it off for cleaning. It features two straps that allow you to secure it in place. On your right-hand side, directly on the cushion, are the four buttons you will need for operation. The top button is the ON/OFF button; right below is the button for the massaging feature: the tool provides a deep kneading massage for your lumbar area, clockwise or counter-clockwise. You can also turn this feature off entirely. The third button from the top is for the heat option: there are two levels you can select from, or completely turn the heat off. The lowest button is the timer. The timer function allows you to set the duration of your massager to 15, 30, or 60 minutes. This cushion requires an electrical outlet to be plugged into. I love this massaging cushion because it fits an office chair perfectly and provides everything you need in a compact tool that pampers you with a shiatsu massage (rather than vibrations) to your lower back, and also provides soothing heat. What's not to love?

Lasted exactly 2 months before quitting. This was the second try, the first one died quick enough to get a replacement. Do not waste our money, too expensive to use just as a booster because the mechanics do not last.
