Great for EDC bag.
Works great. It gets a little hot on long burns but then again, it's not made for that. It is a great tool when you need a quick flame in a pinch. I keep it in my EDC bag and use it rarely but when I need it, it works without fail. Just remember to tighten the cap so nothing leaks out.

Very impressive peanut lighter with extra fuel canister for emergencies TWO thumbs up!
Very impressive little peanut lighter with a great way to bring extra fuel for emergencies. Extra wick, flints, cleaning brush and 2 O rings is a nice touch. I was very happy to see the box with ZOORO trade mark logo on it. The lighter fit perfectly in the molded insert and brush had ZORRO markings on it. This leads me to believe that is who made this set? If that is so? ZORRO makes a great full size lighter closely resembles and as good as ZIPPO. - Lighter - Nice little lighter, not a replacement for a full size, (if you use a lighter a lot) but that's not what it's designed for. Great for emergencies, EDC, smooth and snug fit. Mine lit on the first strike after the first fill of fuel. There is no room for a wind guard so just keep that in mind. - Canister - Compact size can probably fill this lighter twice. Does not have a pointed spout for filling but just take out the top layer of cotton and carefully pour the fuel in. Nice key ring with a swivel, unlike my ZIPPO canister. This is a great replacement for that. You can see my review of that one on Amazon as well. No leaks so far. Nice purchase.

This is an excellent peanut lighter!
My copy of this peanut lighter was branded Zorro on the bottom, which surprised me for this price point. I'm not sure I trust the little fluid flask that comes in the set, but I'm sure it would work fine. This is an excellent little lighter that should hold fuel for a long time, given the quality of the threads and the rubber o-ring. A great backup for an EDC kit!

Fuel container leaks terribly, lighter is ok
The light is OK, but the fuel container leaks so badly that it is completely unusable. Lighter fluid was nearly gone after about a week on my desk with minimal movement. The lighter is better, although the o-ring on that doesn't seem great and I will have to wait longer to see how that works out.

Nice product, bought it again.
These are nice little lighters for stashing away. The quality is much higher than another brand I tried. This is the second one I purchased from ppfish. This time I opted for the peanut lighter and container for spare fluid set. The set comes nicely packaged, suitable for gift. The only reason I deducted a star was, the spare fluid container could be a bit better designed. There is a Zippo brand one that has a nozzle to fill and that's important, because this is a very teeny lighter. Easy to over fill. But it's kind of minor. The lighter itself works and looks great. It's perfect for long term stash for emergencies. I got it to keep in glove box, where butane disposable lighters are not a good idea.

Very nice
Nice little lighter. Seems very well made and has some heft to it. I got 2 and they light perfectly. Came with extra flints, wicks, o-rings, and a small brush in a plastic case. The little gas can is nice except the seal fall out of the cap. I cut some very thin cork to fit snugly. Just the right o-ring may also do the trick.

My two cents
Okay so first off the lighter isn't bad, it's a peanut lighter and it's brass which is a nice touch. The reason why I gave it 3 stars is because of the size. The pictures look nothing like they do when you first get. This lighter is small, I have large man hands. I bought this lighter for the sole purpose of an edc or include it in my bugout bag. Another reason why I gave it 3 stars is because it's a bit difficult to light with one hand. To some people this may seem like not a big deal but for the application of trying start a fire, I would like to have either tinder or paper in one hand and the lighter in my other. For me it requires two hands, if you have smaller hands, more power to you. In my picture above I have the Maratac peanut XL. So there's a comparison in size. Both lighters are of the same build just different sizes, and the other is a lot more expensive. You can buy 3 of these ppfisher lighters for the price of one. And the last reason I gave it 3 stars is because of how it looks, it's not as polished as the other one and the hole for the keychain ring is substantially small. So even if you wanted to widen it with a Dremel or small file you'd thin out the walls. It does come with a keychain ring already but I wanted to replace it with a titanium key ring that I already have but it's to big for the hole. I will say though that it comes with nice little kit. I do like the fuel canister and I like the fact that it comes with several flint and one long piece of wick. With that, the wick will eventually run out and it's a lot smaller than the wick used in other lighters. So keep that in mind, but other than that if looks, the size and two handed operation doesn't bother you then go for it. I think you would be satisfied. Cheers.

Small, but great value, quality, and design.
This is a great little set. The lighter is sealed with an o-ring and the storage canister with a disc of rubber. I think this will hold fuel much longer than a normal liquid filled lighter. I was pleasantly surprised to find a set of flints and wicks included. Despite being small, the lighter is a simple design and I am planning on ordering another set to add to my emergency bag.

After being so happy with my first one after several months of use. I bought two more for gifting. A lifetime tool to be sure. Seals all seem nice and tight. Come with extra parts for easy replacement when necessary. No more disposable plastic units going into landfills from our house ever again.

Lighter has a great seal, impressively tight machining tolerances, and lights consistently. Extras are much appreciated, and ensure that you'll get a lot of use out of your new lighter. However, the fuel container I received leaks through the top where the keyring post connects, and I am very much glad that I checked it and shook it around before putting it onto my keychain and into my pocket. Waste of my fuel.
