Trains (Usborne Beginners)

My son loves trains and got given this book as a present for his 3rd birthday - we have read it every night since - it is his absolute favourite. Despite the cover looking quite adult this is actually a great child friendly train book for those who are really interested in trains and want to learn more about them. I will definitely be buying more in the series.

What an amazing series of books, although I only bought a couple, it is the kind of gift that you can keep adding to. They are educational and engrossing. I went the Hard Cover route as the children are still fairly young and I feel Hard Cover is the way to go.

There are so few books around for 3 year old boys mad about engines. I bought this more in hope that expectation but it is great for our 3 year old and granddad to read together.

Bought for our 4 year old nephew, who's mad on trains. He loved the super illustrations. Recommended.

An excellent book. Clear and well illustrated. The 4 year old I bought it for takes it everywhere. So impressed with this book just bought another copy for a 3 year old. Would be equally good for on older child who can read it him/herself.

Lovely photos of a variety of trains. My grandson is only 22 months but he keeps bringing this book to me to read to him.

My son has loved this book since he was about 4 and I have bought in as gifts for many other train mad boys. Great for encouraging independent reading
