I will buy this again and again! Great quantity and quality for the cost saving price is amazing! I have purchased others and they don't compare with taste, size, or value. The size is good compared to some others. It tastes like a fresh picked lemon so sour yet sweet to my taste preference! It dissolves easily, even when I mix with cool drinks.

Great fun! For years I’ve been buying lemons or packaged lemon juice and throw them away when they age. Bought this on a whim, BEST stuff ever! Never knew it existed! Sprinkle on oatmeal, make granola, mix w/ a little sugar to top cookies, a tiny bit gives a great lemon taste so it’s a good value for the $$$. No squeezing!

Makes all the protein shakes drinkable. Lovely addition to my water as well.

My expectations were too high. I expected the reconstituted juice to actually taste just like fresh lemon juice. It doesn’t. It tastes to me a lot like real lemon, which I D cheaper. Bit I have found several uses for this powder. I add it to unsweetened tea powder to add amlemony flavor. It can be taken on backpacking trips to add sparkle to dishes prepared on the trail. So…gold but not great.

This lemon powder is AMAZING! I am a lover of lemon flavored things.I really love lemon greek yogurt. However the little cups at the store go for a hefty price. I am often left waiting for a sale just to get a few cups. Well what do you know...I can make my own lemon yogurt. I simply bought a tub of plain greek yogurt. One cup full of the yogurt sprinkled with this lemon powder add a drizzle of honey, maple syrup, or splenda is an awesome tangy, but sweet, healthy treat! Make sure you blend it well so that the yummy lemony flavor spreads throughout.Tastes even better when I make yogurt for myself because I can add more or less lemon flavor to cater to my taste! The bag is resealable and comes with a scoop too. It's great for lemonade and tea. My next experiment will be to mix it with black pepper and spices to make my own lemon pepper for fish! I also will add a little bit to my favorite Amazon sweet treat. Betty Crocker lemon bars!(SO GOOD) For a super lemony flavor! I will buy this again! AND AGAIN!

I buy this product and the "fresh squeezed" Lime powder from the same company.They have a problem supplying (what they explicitly put on their packaging) a correctly-sized "scoop"!!!In three different packages of lime and lemon flavors, I have received "no scoop", "one small scoop" and one HUGE "scoop".The small scoop holds approximately 4.5 grams (over twice the "serving size" of 2 grams!)The huge scoop is about a tablespoon in size and holds 28 grams of the powders. If you followed the package instructions to use one "scoop" for the serving size, you'd have fourteen times the serving and about one tenth of the entire package in one scoop.I use these powders in many recipes where I want the added "punch" of lime or lemon flavor and tartness, but where I don't want to (or can't) add too much liquid.In cold weather, or when under the weather, this makes for a quick and easy honey & lemon hot tea.I also make my own reconstituted lime and lemon juice for many adult beverages and variations.I weigh and prep my servings like this:*---*---*---*---*---*---*2 grams of lime or lemon power, added to 2 ounces of water gives me the equivalent of one fully squeezed medium/large lemon or lime.So, approximately 1/2 teaspoon = 2 grams = 1 (instant) lemon.*---*---*---*---*---*---*

I'm actually very happy I tried this. Has a strong lemon taste and I love lemon. Depending on the size of your drink 1 scoop should be enough. I had a hot tea in a 15 oz mug and did 2 scoops, probably only needed 1 and a half honestly. Dissolved well in my drink. The price for the size of the bag isn't horrible.

I bought this to help me avoid salt and it works great! You only need a little bit.
