INCREDIBLE! I was so skeptical about buying this, especially since it was a bit pricey. I needed something small and prints very quickly. I always make labels from a printer and it was just not working well, so I finally caved and bought this. Let me just say, I was nervous! I'm never nervous for products that I buy, but I really was hoping this would work. When I recieved it, it was SUPER easy to set up and use! QR codes for online instructions and the app were easily presented! I quickly connected it to BlueTooth, and once in the app, I was able to easily create a label however I wanted it to look! There were a ton of different fonts, picture options, and sizing! It was incredible how easy this was. I can take the printer anywhere I want as well! The only downside is that the tape is a bit confusing to set up inside of the printer, but the instructions helped a lot with that!!

Update: It did hold charge; I just wore the poor little thing out on the first day. 5 Stars all the way! I am not good with trying new electronic things. I was really intimidated by this little guy, but after reading all the reviews, I knew it was exactly what I needed. I'm in the middle of remodeling my kitchen and just bought around 100+ containers with lids to put everything in. I mean EVERYTHING! We live in an old farmhouse surrounded by fields. I am sick to death of dealing with mice and ants. So, if it doesn't come in a tin can, it goes in an airtight container. I even bought all new dish cloths, hand towels, and potholders, even those are now in containers. Anyway, I ordered the T50M Pro with 2 rolls of regular labels and 1 roll of the long labels. I plugged it into my laptop and the red light came on indicating it needed to charge. That took about an hour. I didn't touch my laptop until the light turned green and then followed the instructions, held down the power button 2 seconds, the label button. It adjusted the labels perfectly and then I just started playing around with the different icons until I started figuring it out. The print quality really surprised me for such small labels. They turned out great. It's really an easy machine to figure out. I was able to figure out all kinds of different designs, lay outs, mirror affects, etc. I love its functionality! I printed out about 25 labels yesterday; it didn't seem to make much of a dent in the paper. I would say the paper capacity is pretty awesome. I'm not so sure about the battery life. I thought of a few more labels I needed to make this morning, and the printer was completely dead. I had to plug it back in and it took an hour and 20 minutes to get a green light. I printed 15 more labels and left it plugged in for about another half hour after I completed printed. If its dead in the morning, then it's definitely not holding a charge, and I'll just have to plug it in an hour+ every time I want to use it. Which would be a real bummer. I took a star off due to the charging issue. If it holds a charge tonight, I'll adjust the star back in and edit this review.

This thing is incredible!! 100% legit! One of my best purchases EVER. It is small, lightweight, rechargeable, super easy and intuitive to use, easy to connect (iPad), efficient, and portable (wireless connection). Unbox, load app on phone or other device, connect via Bluetooth, open app, choose a pre-loaded template, type, push print and in 2 seconds your label is done. Labels are very sticky and strong (seem thick and durable). The type is deep black and not faded looking. This little printer is astounding! The roll of labels last a long time and is super easy to load. The list just keeps going. The label instantly presents itself and you tear it off with an excellent built in blade (like that on an aluminum foil container but flawless). It really feels like magic. The box that it comes in can be used as an excellent small and sturdy storage case.

I've only had this a few days, but it's come out of the gate strong. It has a good feel to it, good weight, and the parts feel and sound solid. The button presses are easy and obvious (no fumbling or "misclicks"), and the retraction of the first label you leave sticking out when inserting a roll is solid. The prints are good, and the adhesive sticks very well. I've removed a few labels, almost perfectly, but I have noticed a 1mm or 2mm spot of adhesive left behind on occasion. I think the branded labels have a good balance with adhesion. So far I'm feeling good quality all around. It keeps a record of your print jobs, even after powering off, so you can go back and edit and/or reprint them. Since there's no user guide for the app, I'm left wondering how many jobs it will store, but I like this a lot and have used it more than once. I got frustrated with placing objects on the field, then found that there are arrows to help you align the object by nudging it. Immense help! Aligning text within its box is also easily done, just choose the left/center/right alignment buttons. The app is also available for download from Supvan for PC and Mac, so if you're having trouble understanding the phone app, maybe try it on the computer and see if it makes more sense there. Some points as to other comments: 1. Yes, the app unfortunately leaves you on your own to figure it out, but after 5-10 minutes of experimenting I found it to be easier to use than I imagined. I can, however, picture this being more difficult to use for people who are not technically-oriented. 2. You absolutely can use other brands of labels. There is a DIY label option for you to enter the label details to let the printer know what you're using. Again, without instructions this may be frustrating for some, but I was able to use another brand's round labels (see purple round label photo) with no issue by telling it I had a 50mm round label with a 3mm gap between them. Some manufacturers will tell you what printers are compatible, but as long as you have the info from the manufacturer, you can check it against brand labels, or the app's settings to see if you can set it up with those specs. I do wish there were more icons available, even though I'm not seeing I'd be using them all that much at this point. You can upload your own font, so once I look into how to do that, I'm all over it. As with many things with seemingly many choices, not all are appropriate for the task at hand, and I get bored easily. I may experiment with taking screenshots of emojis and using those photos, since you can add photos to labels. I'll probably switch to using it on a tablet rather than a phone; I find using a stylus on the phone easier than using my fingers. Overall, I'm having a good experience so far and am hoping this printer will be with me a long time.
