This item arrived on time and in good condition.The ice machine produces ice quicker than expected.The machine seems to be pretty well built and is easy to use.The bullet shape ice works well for cooling beverages.We scoop out the ice when the hopper is full, bag it, and put it in the freezer for later use.We are happy with this purchase.

This little ice maker is so cute and fits just fine on my small counter. It makes ice surprisingly really fast! And the best part, it's soft and chewable and won't break your teeth!The only thing I wish was different was I wish it would "beep" when the basket is full. If it's full, the ice will start to melt and if you wait too long to pull it out and freeze it, all the cubes will be stuck together. Nothing a little counter slam can't solve but that's the only tiny inconvenience. Other than that, I love it!!

We live in a 30-ft travel trailer and it didn't come with an ice maker in the fridge. There's lots of snow in there but it's not the kind of icy you could put in your drink. I forgot how good ice cubes make a drink refreshing, even when it's cold. I actually bought this because I'm having a hip replacement and I will need ice after my surgery. In the meantime, I am enjoying having ice again. The machine works perfectly and if I forget and I leave the ice in there too long it fills up and then it just melts back into the water part and eventually it'll make more ice. I normally don't forget it for that long of a period of time, but there's nothing to worry about if you do.

Great Ice, annoying noise!

I had a different brand that failed. The bucket broke where it connected to the motor. Replacement parts were more than this ice maker. I got this and was surprised that it works better than the one I had before. It's almost identical except for the brand.
