This is my initial report; there will be followups. I bought 3, because 2 will go in glove boxes. I tried one, and like it, especially for $10. The removable rubber wrap should permit it to be knocked around a bit. The included 9v battery is a plus, and they don't seem to leak like AAA cells. It powered up ok and ohms seemed ok. The tone is weak. I'll compare all three with my Fluke for accuracy, later.

was a licensed electrician for 45 years. used flukes and other more expensive testers. this one will do about anything a home handyman or mechanic would need. i like finding cheap things that work.

Great little meter. Works fine used it many many times. Battery life last forever!

Directions in the "manual" are in very small type and difficult to understand, even once they are large enough to be read.Works ok for reading battery power level. Not so well to detect grounding level of grounding mattress pad.
