Perfect replacement
Dealer wanted $239 for the mirror plus installation. Watched a YouTube video and it took just 5 minutes. Used a wood paint stirrer to pry off old mirror. Instructions would be great but not critical. I forgot to install two pieces of metal but they don't appear to be critical. Electronics all sync just fine.
