The ring is very comfortable when I compared to the Oura 3 ring and the Oura 3 is like a big bulky ring compared to theh ultra human ring. I also found the ultra human ring sizes better fit my fingers. my hands are big and none of the Oura 3 rings would fit my fingers. I’d have to put it on the pinky and it didn’t fit well. I also was very impressed with th ultra human app, which is very user-friendly. It Gives you a lot of information and tells you things like it’s time to get ready for bed, to start winding down or it’ll say something about REM sleep was increased of decreased. The app is a very positive experience if you compare this to the WHOOP band 4.0 the WHOOP band is like spanking you and the ultra human ring is more geared toward positive health. the company is very responsive to Oh emails. I think the team is working very hard to perfect this ring
