Good heavy duty door lock for added security. Multiple ways to open the door and each option works well. Very simple to put up. I have similar on other doors so I know that they are good value for money.

This lock has made life so much easier—no more fumbling for keys! The fingerprint sensor is quick and accurate, and the build quality feels solid. Setup was easier than I expected, and it looks great on the door. Feels like a big upgrade in both security and convenience.

The fingerprint scanner frequently fails to recognize my prints, forcing me to use the keypad or keys instead. Bluetooth connectivity is spotty and often disconnects, making remote access frustrating. Overall, it feels unreliable and inconvenient for daily use.

It’s a good product and easy to operate. However, installation can be somewhat technical. Is perfect for bedroom door.

Works very well.If your worried of it coming off the door, don't be, the screws don't go directly into your door, one side of the door handle has these metal poles so the screws go into them.Easy to open, but make sure to pull the handle back up.Looks clean.Very sturdy.The lock quality is amazing, and it comes with 2 keys, as well as 2 key cards.

The door handle is fitted and the basic operation works fine. Users set up and entry and exit ok. What I want is an open period of 6 hours that locks when the time expires. This would allow entry and exit to anyone. I asked the seller but no reply. Does anyone have any success stories they want to share

It's a great smart door lock , easy to install , we use it on our separate guest bedroom door which sometimes we rent it out as airbnb. Its so convenient .Good value for money. It can be opened with key, password as well as fingerprint . highly recommended!

Relatively easy to fit into existing door with some minor adjustments as the original handle I had was a lot smaller. Works good so far. I’ve installed it on an internal porch door as a bit of extra security as we leave the front door open sometimes. The ability to create new codes to give to people that need it is good my only problem with this is it’s great on Bluetooth but would be amazing if it worked on WiFi so I can talk to the handle when I’m not next to it.
