The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the gate fit perfectly in our doorway. Adjusting the width was a breeze thanks to the included tools.This gate has been instrumental in preventing our baby from accessing areas that are off-limits, giving us the reassurance we need to relax knowing she's safe. The media could not be loaded. The door doesn’t even align with its connection. So totally faulty and not fit for purpose.

Absolutely fantastic product. It feels high quality, sturdy and is a perfect solution for those who want to extend their baby gate so that they can use it in wider areas (for example we use ours so that we can block off a corridor rather than a doorway)My only complaint is that I admittedly believe this should be a standard part which gets included with the gate itself. I do however understand that you very much get what you pay for. I would purchase again but I think I'd rather it was all included as a single set and just cost a little more for the initial outlay.I have had this product for a few weeks now and I will update my review after a few months so that we can see how it stands up to the test of time.

Easy to install and look great

This is a strong sturdy gate. It also looks good. The wood and grey metal work blends with our decor. This is important to us as we bought this to keep our medium sized dog downstairs at night and will be a permanent fixture on our hall stairs. We bought the gate extension which as Amazon does is shown as the most bought item when customers buy the gate. Our stairway is standard width but the gate would have been too narrow without the extension. However after fitting the extension end pieces we found that the vertical bar of the extension is too short.It turns out that the gate height is 76cm. Where as the extension is 73cm! Looking at the item again on line there is no choice of size so why is this the most commonly bought item with the gate? This problem has been a huge disappointment and an unnecessary waste of time in getting this problem resolved
