High caliber designed and Bill quality
Very thoughtful design and I appreciate the high-quality insulation. The top inflatable insulation layers also very clever, and I especially like the additional lid with the upholstery to secure it. One of my big problems with my previous plunge bath was the lid which kept falling off. This also supports refrigerant connections so I don’t have to keep moving ice back-and-forth. Excellent design and very efficient packing as well. A+.

Great Portable Ice Plunge
I bought this to replace a large staineless steel horse trough I was using for my ice plunges. I'm 5'8" and I fit in perfectly enough. You do have to sit with your legs crossed fit in though, but definitely plenty of space to fit and move around it. Setup was easy and (depending on your water pressure), took about 15 mins to fill up. Have had no problems with leaks and comes with some patches if the material tears. I also like the valves on the outside (that come attached). Running a water chiller through it and it's been great so far!

Great rub
Bought this to replace a bigger tub style that we could not keep cooled in Texas summer. This is sturdy and we can keep it at 38 even on 102 degree days with our polar chiller.

Good for the $$
Good product for the price. Not as solid as I would hope, but simple to set up and does the job. 👌🏼

Pretty nice tub at a good price but lacks sufficient insulation to minimize condensation.
Overall this is a really good cold plunge tub. I’m relatively new to the hobby. I started out making my own ice in the deep freezer and filling up my bathtub. After Christmas I decided to invest in some cold plunge equipment. I decided to go with this tub based on the reviews and some of the other customers photos. I decided not to go with the apps company because I could save a couple dollars and some of the reviews said customer service wasn’t always the best. I also didn’t want to terrify my wife with my handyman abilities and building one out of a deep freezer…Pros: solid construction, attractive design, comes with insulation lid, pump, dust cover, and seat cushion. I have had it for about two weeks and I thankfully haven't had any leaks. I’m 5’8” and I have plenty of room, I’d imagine much bigger people than I could fit well inside. Instructions were detailed and you can register your product on their website. Shipping was fast and setup was quick.Cons: only three layers of insulation - right now it’s the low 40s in my garage so I haven’t had any issues maintaining my temps but considering I live in the southern US, the summer will be a good test for its insulation abilities. My garage will likely be in the 80s-90s so I’d imagine it will have a hard time maintain temp. While sturdy, it doesn’t have the thickest of walls like you’d see on one of those stand up paddle board style tubs. I’ll try to update the review if I remember in a couple months. Another con is doesn’t come with a thermometer.Overall I’m really happy with it. It doesn’t take up much space, it’s extremely easy to hook up a filter or water chiller to and has made my cold plunging experience a lot more enjoyable. I haven’t had to clean it yet but I imagine it will be relatively easy to dump and scrub.I have the outflow spout going to a vevor 2-stage canister filter (250gph pump) which then feeds to a rocita aquarium chiller ($250 at walmart) which then feeds back to the tub.EDIT: I’ve since gotten rid of this and invested in an insulated tub. This product did not hold well up to hot humid air in the southeast US because it lacks adequate insulation. If you live in a dry climate or cooler climate it will probably be a great product for you but for me it didn’t quite do the job.

Doesn't hold temperature
This doesn't hold water temperature at all. Very little/no insulation. This thing is a waste of money.

Very sleek and doesn't take up too much space
I really like that this cold plunge was easy to set up and small enough to not take up too much space. I wasn't able to use it since my apartment complex gave us a warning that we are not allowed to have this on our patio :( BUT I will deff be re-ordering whenever I get a backyard! Definitely beginner friendly if you are just starting off the year with cold plunging.
