reMarkable 2 Tablet (10.3 "Digital Paper Display) - Includes Pen, USB-A to USB-C Cable (Renewed)

Super cool, but does take a little time to figure out the operations … but well worth the $$

We now have two remarkable2 tablets, they are incredible for staying organized and feel like you are writing on paper with pen. No lag, perfect precision. I honestly don’t know how I functioned prior to having it. This particular seller sold us a “factory refurbished - new” tablet and what arrived was a tablet that was very used, scratched, scuffed and unable to auto update. There was even sharpie drawn on the screen and back. Amazon suggested I contact the seller, when I did, they responded in Spanish (which I had to translate) and said to send it back and if the item is in “resellable” condition I would get my money back as soon as 30 days. I explained many different times, that this came to us used and NOT in new condition and wanted them to replace it with a NEW device and they refused. I attempted to work with Amazon on this many many times and they continued to redirect me to the absolute useless seller. We still have the tablet and are working with remarkable directly to resolve the issues, but when you spend over $500 on something, you expect it to be in the condition the seller advertises. Lesson learned, only by items like this direct from Amazon and not a 3rd party.

I have loved this product so far. It is the best writing tablet I have ever used!

I use this to write everything with it

This renewed version does not include the replacement tips ($9.99) nor the 1 year Connect subscription ($29.90 annually or $35.88 monthly). While the page doesn't claim to have either of those, if you (like me) ordered this based on clicking the "Buy this product renewed and save $23.10!" link then you may have trusted that Amazon wouldn't offer that choice if the renewed version did not come with everything the new one does. That link should read "Buy this product renewed and SPEND an extra $16.79!!!" since it's the connect service that makes this thing worth having and you WILL need replacement tips. I'm returning it and ordering the new one, so I've lost a week of use of this thing - which I was super excited to get.

Tablet is great. The marker was defective though and while they did eventually replace it, going through ReMarkable customer service was long and painful. It wasn't until I had submitted no less than 4 tickets that it was right and they sent a new marker. Returning the whole package to Amazon would have been faster and less frustrating than getting ReMarkable to replace the marker they diagnosed in day one needed replaced.

Love this thing. I use it all the time and it’s been great

I like it but there really isn’t a lot of applications to use it with, no calendars or really good uses except as a notepad. It’s a little complicated. There isn’t much help online either. Hopefully they will update things. It has different color inks but they don’t show up except when you download to phone or computer, not on actual notepad.
