I recently purchased the Urban Terrain Galaxy cycle for my daughter, and I am thoroughly impressed with both the product and the customer support from Cult. The cycle's quality is excellent, and it feels sturdy and reliable. My daughter absolutely loves it and enjoys riding it every day. I did face a minor issue with the front tire tube initially, but the Cult customer support team resolved it swiftly by providing a replacement in no time. Their prompt and efficient service truly stood out and made the entire experience even better. Overall, I highly recommend the Urban Terrain Galaxy cycle for its great build quality and exceptional customer service.

The cycle’s performance has been extremely poor, with 6six month. It became completely unusable as the right-side pedal thread was damaged and could not be fixed. When I contacted customer care, they informed me that the warranty had expired just two days earlier, and I would need to pay for the repair. Even though I was willing to pay for the service, they still refused to fix the issue, claiming it was outside the warranty period—despite it clearly being a product defect. Buying this cycle online has turned out to be a bad decision. A local shop would have provided better product quality and service support. I strongly recommend avoiding this product and instead purchasing from a nearby store where service is more reliable.

Have been using since 2 weeks. Product quality is good. Techician reached on time and completed assembly in 10- 15 mins. Gear transition is smooth. Disc brakes functions very well. Overall experience has been good.

Quality wise Average product ...handle fixing nut bolt was missing in pack ..not satisfactory

Product is good and delivered on time. The installation team also did a great job.They were polite and did a neat job.

- Update The cycle has not been sent by the seller correctly assembled. I am not talking about the assembly that is to be done by the purchaser. I took it to a local cycle repair shop who laughed on testing the cycle. Literally all parts including gear, brake levers, rear wheel ( which comes assembled), cycle frame had to be tightened. As per him, the cycle was poorly manufactured and will start wobbling in a few months usage. As this cannot be returned I will never be buying a cycle online again. - Earlier review I purchased the gear version for my elder son. Cycle assembly is not as easy as being shown in YouTube and there are many quirks in the product. I have stayed abroad for 17 years and assembled my cycle couple of times in Japan and Canada. If you do not have cycle assembly experience, Best to call the assembly person. Will update my review after usage of cycle for a few months.

I recently got the Urban Terrain Galaxy Max 26-Inch Mountain Cycle, and it’s been great! The sturdy frame, smooth 7-speed gears, and reliable disc brakes make it perfect for rides on all terrains. The front suspension adds comfort, and the stylish green design stands out. Assembly was easy, but the seat could be more comfortable, and a few extra accessories like a bell would’ve been nice. Overall, it’s excellent value for the price. I’d highly recommend it and give it 4 out of 5!
