Solid performing monitor for the price!
This is a solid performing monitor for the price. The package arrived in the OEM monitor box, no outer packaging and had a slight ding in the box (speaking of dings, would be nice if !@#$% UPS could manage to F@#$ing deliver a package within their estimated delivery window ... but I digress. Easy set-up, you'll put the 3 piece stand together then attach it to the monitor. Dell has the box and stand designed to make this a super simple process. The stand allows you to adjust the heck out of this monitor in hight, tilt, and swivel, so your covered to adjust quite a bit to suite your set-up. The monitor, overall, has a high cost to performance value. By that I mean for a monitor you can pick up for under $120, it has a very good performance. The matte finish on the screen is good, the 100Hz refresh rate is excellent for this price point, as well as the color and clarity of the screen. I am using it as a backup monitor until my other Dell portable monitor arrives for my set-up, and other than the form factor, this monitor would work perfect for my needs at my secondary workstation in my home. Good monitor, great price, highly recommended.

Great Monitor, unbeatable price
Bought this for extended display for my macbook pro. works great. amazing display. Used for work (not gaming). clear text. 27" was perfect size. I will advise it only connects via HDMI (no USB-C). (I bought a hub as well, being this is my 2nd monitor I am connecting to my macbook). No complaints. Easy to put together, took under 5 minutes. Excellent value for the money. (First time I bought something from dell in quite some time.. feels like the 90s again)

Good Product
Excellent Balance of Style, Comfort, and PerformanceI’ve been using the Dell S2425HS for a few weeks now, and it’s easily one of the best monitors in its class for everyday use—whether for work, casual gaming, or streaming.🔍 Display Quality:The 23.8-inch FHD (1920x1080) screen delivers crisp visuals and sharp text. Colors are vivid and accurate, with good contrast thanks to the 1500:1 ratio, which offers deeper blacks than most monitors at this price point. The 100Hz refresh rate is a nice bonus—noticeably smoother than 60Hz for everyday browsing, light gaming, and video playback.👁️ Eye Comfort:One standout feature is the TÜV Rheinland Eye Comfort 4 Star rating. I work long hours, and this monitor genuinely reduces eye fatigue. The low blue light tech and flicker-free screen make a noticeable difference during extended use.🔊 Integrated Speakers:The built-in 2x5W speakers are surprisingly good for a monitor. They're not meant to replace desktop speakers, but for video calls, YouTube, or light music listening, they’re more than adequate—clear, loud, and convenient.🧭 Ergonomics & Design:The height, tilt, swivel, and pivot adjustments are all smooth and solid. I love how easy it is to get the right angle. The Ash White finish gives it a sleek, modern look that fits beautifully in clean desk setups or minimalist environments. Cable management is also well-designed.⚙️ Ports & Connectivity:It has the essentials—HDMI and DisplayPort, plus a few USB options depending on your configuration. Easy plug-and-play with no driver issues.🟢 Pros:Sharp and vibrant FHD displaySmooth 100Hz refresh rateComfortable viewing experienceSleek, modern white designVersatile stand with full ergonomic adjustmentsGood built-in speakers🔴 Cons:No USB-C input (would be great for modern laptops)Final Verdict:The Dell S2425HS hits a sweet spot for users who want a stylish, ergonomic, and eye-friendly monitor with solid performance. It’s not a high-end gaming or content creation monitor, but for general productivity, media consumption, and casual gaming, it's excellent. A strong value pick—especially with the enhanced comfort features and quality-of-life design.

Works well with my Mac Mini.
This is a very good monitor. It wakes up quickly from sleep, is bright and color accurate, easy to adjust, sturdy and good looking with thin bezels. I use it with a Mac Mini and it's just right for me. I think the scaling is just right. I'm considering getting another for a different workstation.

Might love it, monitor stand seems whatever at best.
The media could not be loaded. I would love to love this monitor for the sale price. I got the 27" size and it looks nice, as-advertised. The materials don't have a lot of heft, since the base, inner cable-guide, and attachable cable-guide loop are all simple plastic, but it seems well-balanced and fit for purpose (these aren't parts that should take a lot of abuse). It is easy to assemble and works as a plug-and-play if you skip the perfectly working VESA option in the back, which I typically favor. (It's in the same place the stand hooks in; the other gap in the photo where the neat HDMI 2 cable hook hides behind a panel, not yet placed in the photo.)Because my current setup works best with a single monitor arm, I bought this monitor with the intention of using the stand it came with. It seems like where this monitor stand favors being easy to put together, it traded out more stability than most factory-standard monitor stands I've interacted with. The clip shows how much play there is, using the two built-in twist-screws on the stand (your only option, designed not to fall out), fully tightened. A design that takes another minute to assemble but feels secure is what I'd prefer. To make sure I wasn't losing it and that this was really an exceptional amount of play for a stand, I went and touched all three other monitors in the house. None of them had any play at all with the same amount of force used in this video (hardly any) and then some. This makes me nervous about durability and trusting this stand at full height.Otherwise, it just arrived today, has a solid image, and is what I bought it to be. I will update after it has some road miles and hopefully, it'll be holding up like a dream.
