Easy to take and the flavor is pretty good
These vitamin drops are really easy to use, and the fruity flavor makes them simple to take first thing in the morning. They do not leave any weird aftertaste. Day 3 i have noticed a good difference in my joint stiffness, It is a bit harsh tasting, but can put it in a drink. Also for me i feel i do not need 1/2 dropper i think its too much for me as i am not defiecient. Thank you! Fast shipping and packaged well.

I wasn't taking any B vitamins before this, except for what was in my multi vitamin. I have hypothyroidism and it helped me get my energy back. I would recommend. Taste isn't bad, as all B vitamins have a strong flavor.
