Nice handrail
Nice stair rail. Needed a second one so that my husband could use both hands to help him get up the stairs after heart surgery. Looks nice and is sturdy.

Finish is defective
The rail is simple to assemble and install. It also appears to be sturdy, but the finish is defective. Attached are photos taken 6 weeks after it was installed.UPDATE: The seller promptly replaced the defective rail.

Good enough
This railing comes in two pieces and installs easily. It comes with all the hardware you need, but I suggest using better anchors than the ones provided. The metal feels slippery on my hand, and I’m afraid if I grab it during a slip on the stairs, I’ll just glide all the way down. It seems best suited for aesthetics and light indoor use.
