The Hunt tomato paste was excellent. I really enjoy using it. I already used two jars. I like it because it was thick and that’s the way tomato paste should be.

I'm storing more canned tomato products in case the threats of fresh fruit shortages proves true. Soooo, been picking up extra paste and diced tomatoes. This is obviously a very trusted brand, so there's no hesitation to buy them. I like to portion out a few cans' worth into 2-tablespoon heaps onto waxed paper, freeze on a cookie sheet, then toss the frozen dollops into a zip bag and keep them in the freezer for easy access.

I love to use this for my spaghetti sauce! Even though it's small, I love the quality and taste of the tomato paste. They do have bigger sizes, but this is the perfect size for my spaghetti sauce! It is pretty thick, but that's what makes it good!
