I didn’t like soy curls until I started watching her YouTube videos and trying her recipes. Most of the recipes have easily obtained ingredients and easy to make. Now we love soy curls.

So many delicious recipes!! My son's favorite so far is the Soy Curls Noodle Soup! We've made it 6 times already! Jill creates recipes that anyone enjoys, whether you are a plant-eater only or not!!

Love all her books.. hope she'll come back with more great recipes for us.

I love this cook book, exclusively for soy curls! The recipes are easy to follow and have common ingredients in them. And the food is yummy!

Nice variety of recipes
