Absolutely worthless! This is neither a proper flask nor a durable water bottle. It fails to keep water hot, and by the third day, cracks appeared at the bottom. The quality is pathetic, and the seller is completely unreliable. Do NOT waste your money—avoid this seller and this product at all costs!”

Cap made up on plastic
The product is fine, but it does not keep water hot for 24 hours—only for a maximum of 8 hours. The cap is made of plastic, which causes heat to escape, so the water doesn't stay hot for long. However, if you're looking for a sipper-style bottle to drink warm water during office hours, it's a perfect choice

Check if u get all items in the box, cleaner is missing
Finish is good. it is bulky and empty bottle has some weight probably because it is an insulated bottle. I haven't tried the hot cold insulation yet. I like the two caps option however i did not get the straw cleaner with it, one reason why i bought the bottle. Now i will have to buy the straw cleaner separately. That is frustrating. Also the box was not sealed when received. But since i was in need of the bottle i did not return it.
