Poor quality great band
A very poorly pressed album, far to many pressings these days have the audio quality of a ten year old ill treated album. This is an perfect example

Three Stars
Nice record, but the quality of the sound is not as great as it should be.

Avoid, bad sq, bad source, unoficial
I don't know which source they used for this pressing, but it's very flat, there's no definition. It sounds like it's from a home tape recording. The vinyl itself is not splatter as they suggest, it's yellow with shiny speccles in, but it's not an official release which should be clearer on the product page.I wouldn't recommend

Is this the lowest quality Audiophile LP ever released?
what a total let down.Anyone getting in to Vinyl and being unfortunate enough to purchase this 180 Gram Audiophile Edition Vinyl LP to see what all the hype surrounding Vinyl is about would never purchase another Vinyl LP which would be a shame as there is some superb quality out there. This is not one of them. Absolute Low-Fi. I realise it does not state Hi-Fi but assumed it was implied by the 'Audiophile' term.Had to immediately play a standard non-audiophile LP to verify I didn't have some unknown issue with my equipment and restore my faith in Vinyl.I've heard better quality bootleg cassette tapes recorded on a Binotone tape player from the back of an arena! Some fantastic Eagles Tracks totally let down by this very low quality LP.On a brighter point - superb service from Amazon. Free delivery which turned out to be in one day.

Poor Quality Save Your Money
This eagerly and much anticipated vinyl arrived today and after a busy day I was looking for something to relax to. So to say I was seriously disappointed by the quality of this vinyl is an understatement.I understand its a very old and very early Eagles recording but it isn't the recording I am complaining about, its the state of the vinyl disc itself. It was badly marked on both sides with what looks like some sort of glue also had other marks and when played on my Beo system it jumped faster than a flea on a hairy dog - the disc quality is so bad I would not recommend it's just not a quality product.
