I received the Beautiful Botanical Knits: 40 Exquisite Knitted Flowers - quickly and we'll packed.The Book is perfect for Experienced Knitters like me who love a Challenge! I would say that some of the Flowers are not for beginners because you have to use multiple stitch holders, short row shaping and attention to detail knitting tiny stitches on tiny double pointed needles ( I find the 4 inch long ones the best but the effort? Is definitely worth it!)

some of the items in this book are not as realistic as they could be others are spot on on the whole I feel mixed about the results of the patterns

First saw this book in an exibition. The flowers unlike other books I have seen are so realistic. I have started knitting the daffodils ready for next Spring and intend with the patterns in this book to ring the changes with each season for aneasy care display in my hall where there is little sun. Tried plants , they suffer as I forget to water and lack of sun doesnt help!

Just as lovely to look at as the photo glimpses suggest. Personally I've knitted the flowers by looking at the pictures rather than following the patterns which seem extremely complicated.

I can now enjoy seeing flowers in the garden and not disturb them. I can grow my own.
