This book is misleading, it is far from complete. It presents little data on a small selection of particular insects from around the world. The drawings are particularly bad. I was dissapointed.

Great book.

This is a beautiful book at a fantastically affordable price. I enjoy drawing insects and other arthropods but mostly make it up as I go along. This book provides beautiful, large illustrations of a broad range of insects, and some arachnids (though obviously not exhaustive!). This book is informative as well as attractive and would be suitable for both children and adults that want to learn more about these fascinating creatures.
