I like that I don't need to hang this over the door. I'm using it under the door and it's doing a great job. I'm actively trying to increase my lower back strength and sit ups are a part of that. This has done a great job - I've been able to slip it under the door, get my workout done, quickly remove it, quickly wrapp the band / strap thing around the middle of it and stick it in the cupboard. The foam bits are a nice wide size, so you can really wrap your legs around it which I really like or hook it against your ankles, and because it's a wider foam your ankles don't really move. No complaints, five star rating from me

I agree with other reviewers that it's definitely good quality and packaged protectively well, too. It's easy to install around a door. It requires at least 4 millimetres of space under the door to fit. However, it's for more advanced users. As a beginner, using this wasn't as easy as I thought, so I'm going to have to practice to get to grips with it for a while. I have UK size 3 and 3 1\2 foot size, and found that my feet are quite small to use with this as the soft ends are very large and dominating. I think it'll be easier to use with feet for sit-ups, etc, that are a lot bigger than mine. I like that it has adjustable straps, and it's very versatile for different workouts using different parts of the body.
